Refund Policy

1. Consulting Sessions

All one-on-one consulting sessions are non-refundable once completed. The service is delivered in full during the session and cannot be recalled.

If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. Late cancellations or no-shows are treated as completed sessions and are not eligible for a refund.

If a session cannot be delivered due to our error, a full refund will be issued within 5 business days.

2. Digital Products

Due to the immediately accessible nature of digital products, all sales are final once access has been granted. We do not offer refunds for change of mind or partial use.

If you experience a technical issue that prevents access to purchased content, please contact us at hello@ericlogic.com within 7 days of purchase. We will resolve the issue or issue a refund at our discretion.
